Wanting to experience all aspects of the property industry, Nicola decided to work in the social sector for a while as a housing manager for a local Housing Association. She then moved to Scotland with her family. Having to deal with her family relocation meant feeling her way through a new environment, and finding good schooling for her two teenage daughters who were not keen to move. This prompted her to fulfil an ambition and she started Artemis Relocation. Having successfully established Artemis Relocation in Scotland in the last 5 years, Nicola has now expanded the business back to Cambridge her home town |

Nicola Hallsworth, the founder and proprietor of Artemis Relocation,
has worked in the property industry for 20 years. She began as a
residential letting agent, building up a very strong portfolio of
large country houses in East Anglia. She has dealt with many relocation
agents in London and Cambridge. She has also handled project management,
dealing with ex-patriate landlords living in Hong Kong. This gave
her experience dealing with foreign landlords overseeing
a large development of apartments in the heart of historic Cambridge.
She was also heavily involved in the sale of these apartments on
the open market.
